Everything about the 2024 Ford Bronco screams rugged. From its bold, truck-based design to its off-roading abilities, you know you’re getting a really tough and capable car. You won’t be disappointed when you pick up this SUV at your Ford dealer.

Open Air Feel

There are lots of ways to configure your Bronco to suit you best. There are two-door and four-door options as well as hard-top and soft-top options. The hardtop can be partially opened, half opened, or fully removed and is made up of three panels. The soft-top option can be partially opened, half opened, fully opened, or fully removed.

The SUV’s doors can also be removed to let you feel closer to nature and breathe in more fresh air on the trails. It’s the perfect Ford ride for a really outdoorsy person who’ll be doing a lot of off-road exploration.

Ample Ground Clearance

You don’t need to worry about getting over obstacles in the Bronco. It has 11.6 inches of ground clearance to easily get you over those logs and rocks. If a shallow stream cuts across your path, then you’ll have no trouble with that either. All Bronco models can drive through water up to 33.5 inches deep. Those of you who opt for the Everglades model will have 11.7 inches of ground clearance and 36.4 inches of water fording ability.

Steel Protection

If you’ll be tackling especially difficult roads, then you might want to consider the available steel bash plate protection. The bash plates protect the underside of the engine, the fuel tank, and the transfer case shields.

Four HOSS Variations

Each Bronco is equipped with Ford’s High-Performance Off-Road Stability Suspension. There are four versions of it across the different models, with the very toughest version, HOSS 4.0, exclusive to the Bronco Raptor.

HOSS 1.0, standard on the Bronco, Outer Banks, and Black Diamond models, has features that include HOSS-tuned heavy-duty dampers on the back and front of the car and a conventional, passive damping system. That’s only scratching the surface of the many useful features engineered for off-roading. HOSS 2.0 and 3.0 have even more impressive features, so we recommend talking to the dealership’s salesperson about these HOSS systems in depth.

Off-Road Hero Switches

The Bronco is equipped with several off-road essentials that you can turn on and off easily on your dashboard. Front-locking and rear-locking differentials are standard and can be turned on and off. Trail Turn Assist and sway-bar disconnect are also available to give your Bronco even more capability on the most difficult trails.
